I am glad to share my opinion - because positive health care and doctor experiences are critical and sadly, uncommon. This office always cares and cheerfully accommodates requests quickly. I was skeptical when my prior doc retired and this business took over. However, I have to say that I am so happy that they are my medical team. Personal service and attitude is so important and that's what I get at Arrae. Always on my side, listening to me and getting me in when I need to. The front desk is efficient too. My docs are Ryan and Dan. I just had Michele assist me on a phone appointment and she was excellent and resolved my issue. Joseph has dealt with me on the phone several times and he routes me to who I need. I sure hope they don't change. Now that I am 70, they need to stay as great as they are!
Today I had an Appt. at Arrae Health with Dan the PA. First time meeting him. I really liked him. I love the office. Dr. Patel is awesome. Lisa is great, Jill I’ve known her for years and she is the best ever, just love her. It’s such a great office. They are all so good. So glad to have them here in Palm Springs!
