Very friendly and helpful front office staff! I needed to make a change with my insurance and Anna I think that was her name) gave my the correct phone number to contact my insurance and walked me through the process. I first went over my history with Victor and he was very nice and thorough. Ryan was the NP that I met with. He listened carefully to my medical concerns and asked a lot of pertinent questions. This was my first visit. Prior to Arrae health, I’ve been with the same Dr for more than 40 years! They made the change a very positive experience.

This was my initial visit. Dr. Patel's office had difficulty getting my insurance approved due to the insurance companies mistakes. Luis patiently spent 35 minutes dealing with them (he had to call them six times) and finally got me approved. I was going nuts at what they put him through but he patiently hung in there and got the job done. If you rated people on a Failed to meet expectations, meets expectations or exceeds expectations I would rate everyone I dealt with an Exceeds Expectations.
