First time visiting Arrae Health and honestly such a great experience. I was looking for a new PCP and felt welcomed right away. The team had great customer service and made me feel really comfortable, especially since I haven’t had a PCP in about three years. They walked me through everything step by step and explained all the tests I was having done, which I really appreciated. I left feeling confident and taken care of, and I’m definitely planning to continue seeing them. Highly recommend this team.

Other great visit at Arrae health the other day the staff is always so nice and helpful , great conversations and laughs I just want to say thanks again to Annie for always making it possible for me to get in quick whenever I need to change my appointment or schedule a new one I appreciate you , I also want to say thanks to Victor and Andrew , for making me feel welcome and cared for , and I also want to send a shout out to Dr Dan and Ryan you guys are awesome....best doctor's office in the desert , I'm Definitely going to refer your doctor's office to everyone that I meet. my mother sister and i are members of arrae health from the young ladys up front to pam and dr patel and miss H top shelf and from day one we all felt like family and i want to thank miss tanya and daniela for treating my mother sister and i so very well you ladys are the best and know our friend mr joe has signed with arae health and couldnt be happier thank you to the whole crew for all you do also just want to add ashley and michelle the new PA are fantastic made me feel very at ease talking about my health concerns i had not brought up and of course the five star front of the office second to none thank you to everyone if i may add the five star service the same today as it was our first time there and thank you for taking such great care of our neihbors and friends here at casa grande

Very friendly and helpful front office staff! I needed to make a change with my insurance and Anna I think that was her name) gave my the correct phone number to contact my insurance and walked me through the process. I first went over my history with Victor and he was very nice and thorough. Ryan was the NP that I met with. He listened carefully to my medical concerns and asked a lot of pertinent questions. This was my first visit. Prior to Arrae health, I’ve been with the same Dr for more than 40 years! They made the change a very positive experience.

Dr Patel and his Nurse practitioner Michelle are amazing!! They are both very good , compassionate are kind. They both give maximum time to hear their patients and families and work together as a team to provide the best care.. The PCP and the Nurse Practitioner are on top of your health and their clinical diagnosis is very accurate. They work together with the my mom and with me to provide the best care plan for their mom.
