Dr's and staff are great. The only thing I dont like is the whole phone center. I would like to be able to call my dr office without having to be asked 99 questions its annoying

I was seeing another physician for a while, and was comfortable with them. Then my insurance changed. I thought I wasn't going to get the similar care I needed. I made an appointment with Dr Patel, and got a same day appointment. I was not expecting to have gotten the relief, and help I received from the moment I walked into that office. Complete care, and help from the receptionist, staff and Dr Park. I can't put in words the the anxiety i was having with having to establish a new primary, and which direction to take. Complete professionalism. I got the help I knew I needed the same day. Grateful, and relieved. Blessed. I thank God i walked into the right office. I might have looked fine, but did not feel fine at all. Thank you. Seriously! Thank you.
